I began furniture repair and restoration work which directed me to me to design and create my own furniture. I do little restoration work now save for a few select pieces. It would be best to contact me with regard to the work to discuss it further.

For the most part, when I do the restoration work, I never try to go beyond what is provided. I do not strip down to bare wood. When it comes to a repair whenever possible, I always use the materials native to the piece. The ultimate goal to restoration and repair of a fine piece is to be true to the original, respect the vision of its creator and to leave as few finger prints as possible.
